excellent stay, highly recommended

smooth process pajama sizes outdoor bath
The entrance is near the parking garage. Better signage could help, but the lobby impressed me. check-in was efficient. Staff spoke english. they provided pajamas in different sizes. i liked the onsen. It had both indoor and outdoor baths.
the pillows weren't my favorite because one was very soft, and the other one was filled with beads. the mattress was very comfortable, though. breakfast didn't appeal to us, and it was a bit expensive. the restaurant didn't seem like a place for my taste.

charmed stay in spacious quarters

separate shower ample space clean room
the room was very clean and large. it had a little seating area, which i found nice. my large and medium luggages fit very comfortably. the shower area was separate from the tub (i much preferred this).
some reception staff were not friendly, unfortunately. i had ordered a room with 'garden view', but it faced a wall with plants. there were no drinks or snacks available for purchase in the lobby.
